Lieutenant Keith is a first-year Endodontic Residentat the Naval Postgraduate Dental School in Bethesda, MD. Originally fromOttumwa, IA, he graduated from The University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Artsin Health and Human Physiology in 2014 and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgeryfrom The University of Iowa College of Dentistry and Dental Clinics in 2018.Following graduation and subsequent commissioning as a Lieutenant in the UnitedStates Navy, he completed a General Practice Residency at Naval Medical Center Portsmouthin Portsmouth, VA. Upon graduation from his General Practice Residency, heserved as the Dental Officer onboard the USS BATAAN (LHD 5) homeported in Norfolk,VA. Following his tour on the USS BATAAN, which included a 7-month deployment tothe U.S. 5th and 6th Fleet areas of operations, he began his residency trainingat Naval Postgraduate Dental School in July 2021.
