Dr. Binait Kabir earned his bachelor’s degree in Neurobiology and Physiology from University of Maryland, College Park in 2006. Having earned a Master’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences from Mississippi College in 2011, Dr. Kabir went on to pursue a career in dentistry. In 2017, he completed his dental training and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Maryland Dental School. While there, he received extensive training in a clerkship based on medically compromised patients as well participating in a mission trip to Honduras to treat underserved communities. He further completed hospital-based training through a residency program at the Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center in New York. Currently, Dr Kabir is a third year endodontic resident at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry and supplements his learning at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda with the Edward C. Penick Endodontic Study Club. In his free time, Dr. Kabir enjoys staying active, playing sports, reading, taking his dog to the dog park and enjoying live comedy and music.

ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. The AAE designates this activity for up to 35.5 continuing education credits.
