LCDR McIntyre is a first year Endodontic Resident at the Naval Postgraduate Dental School. Originally from Austin, TX he completed his undergraduate education in Chemistry at the University of Texas at Austin in 2010. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio in 2014. Following graduation, he completed one-year working in private practice. He joined the Navy in 2015 and completed his credentialing tour in San Diego in 2016. After his credentialing tour, LCDR McIntyre served two years as the Dental Department Head on the USS COMSTOCK (LSD 45. After completion of his deployment and tour with the USS COMSTOCK, LCDR McIntyre worked as the DIVO of Naval Amphibious Base from 2018-2021 before joining the Endodontic residency program at the Naval Postgraduate Dental School.
