Mansoor Safder was born in Karachi, Pakistan and moved to the United States when he was seven years old. He attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City for his undergraduate studies where he majored in Biology, Chemistry, and Spanish. He also obtained his DDS from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2020 and is currently a first-year endodontics resident at the University of Texas at Houston.
