Wake up to rejuvenation and join the morning all levels yoga slow flow to start your day with a healthy dose of energy. Whether you are brand new to yoga or an advanced practitioner this class will gently guide you to move with your breath to open the body and relax the mind.
You'll experience breath work to energize, moving meditations to connect the body and mind, yoga pose holds to bring alignment and strength to your body and a closing meditation to integrate your experience.
All levels are welcome and encouraged to attend. Activity will be held outside, please dress appropriately. Mats will be provided.
