In modern dentistry, plenty of tools and techniques are developed for minimally invasive interventions and extending the life span of natural teeth. Over the past years, a lot of emphasis has been given to access cavity designs while the endodontic specialty has a lot more to offer in this aspect. This clinical presentation will discuss a wide array of non-surgical and surgical clinical strategies to help achieve the balance of favorable biological and mechanical outcomes.
