The FDA funded the development of analgesic prescribing deadlines for the dental profession that was conducted by the ADA and the University of Pittsburgh. The process and results of these deliberations will be presented and critiqued in this presentation.

Attendees will become aware of the latest national recommendations for managing acute dental pain with minimal use of opioids
