We have combined over 50 years in start-up healthcare experience and we operate like a family. Our Partnership strategy is simple: Take care of your patients and we can handle the rest. Our business systems are robust and proven, but they are also selected by our partners for what makes sense in their practices. We own over 70% of the Endodontic space in Alabama and have spread out into surrounding states. We noticed a unique synergy with the Oral Surgery space and have leveraged that in our business recently acquiring several Oral Surgery Groups. Ultimately with all of our partners/shareholders, they maintain control of their practice and make every clinical decision. We are here to partner and support where we have systems in place on the business side (HR, Marketing, Resident Recruiting, IT, Scheduling, Accounting). The outcome is the best patient care and the best run business. Our partners participate in all of the efficiency gains right along with us.
