Abstract: The novel coronavirus COVID-19 infection was declared a global pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) in March 2020. COVID-19 has resulted in a multitude of clinical manifestations including respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological complications. Recent evidence also points to potential changes in vestibular function secondary to COVID-19. This presentation will examine the results of comprehensive vestibular evaluation on patients whose vestibular symptoms began following a COVID-19 infection or vaccination. Data is compiled from two audiology clinics in different geographical regions specializing in vestibular audiology. Analysis patterns and outcome data from vestibular rehabilitation following COVID-19 infection will be discussed.

Learning Objectives:

Examine the pattern of vestibular findings in patient’s whose symptoms began following a COVID-19 infection or vaccination.
Describe the steps needed to determine if COVID-19 influenced the development of a patient’s vestibular dysfunction.
Evaluate outcome measures for patients who underwent vestibular rehabilitation associated with post COVID-19 infection or vaccination.
