Abstract: This course is aimed at providing attendees the tools to determine if they have conducted the proper planning to prepare their business for sale, as well as what options are available to them to ensure they reach their goals. We will outline what a business transition plan looks like and how it should be developed to meet the needs of the seller. We will also provide an update on the hearing health care business market, highlight ways in which transactions can be facilitated, and discuss what can be expected over the next 12 to 24 months.

Describe the different types of transaction that exist within the audiology space.
