Daniel J. Romero is a Postdoctoral Vestibular Fellow and licensed audiologist in the Department of Hearing and Speech Sciences at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He earned his Au.D. from Northern Illinois University and Ph.D. in Communication Sciences and Disorders with an emphasis in vestibular science from James Madison University. Daniel has authored/co-authored seven publications and has given over 15 presentations at nationally recognized conferences such the American Balance Society and American Academy of Audiology Conference. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the American Balance Society and advisor for the Student Academy of Audiology Programs Committee. He also serves as ad hoc reviewer for multiple peer-reviewed scientific journals and co-hosts a vestibular-focused podcast called a dose of dizzy.
