Kimberly Snell is currently a second-year audiology graduate student at the University of Iowa. She received her Bachelor of Science in Speech and Language Hearing Sciences at Minnesota State University Moorhead. Kimberly is currently working with Dr. Richard Tyler at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics in the Tinnitus Research Lab. Her other research experience includes transgender communication, acoustic analysis, soil analysis, and artifact analysis. Currently, her research for her capstone project includes comparing unilateral and bilateral tinnitus. Kimberly also works in the Wendell Johnson Speech and Hearing Clinic with cochlear implant patients as well as being involved in auditory (re)habilitation. Her interests include tinnitus, cochlear implants, and auditory brainstem response.
