Haley Szabo is currently completing the third year of her Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.) at James Madison University. She is originally from Florida, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Florida. Haley is committed to serving adult and geriatric populations and hopes to serve veterans in a career as a VA Audiologist.
As an Au.D. student at James Madison University, Haley serves as a graduate assistant for Dr. Christopher Clinard. In this role, she investigates aging through electrophysiologic and behavioral measures. She is completing a dissertation on their current project of investigating aging through the Frequency-Following Response, behavioral measures (interaural phase differences), and speech-in-noise testing. Her dissertation will focus largely on the Frequency-Following Response portion of this project.
