The inclusion of pediatric vestibular assessment within audiology and vestibular clinics is growing with momentum, yet universal guidelines and standards of practice are still emerging. Several factors including, disorder populations, development/maturation, test modifications, and clinic feasibility or access may all play roles in how test protocols are chosen, administered, or interpreted. This presentation will present (a) a few common disorders that pediatric vestibular testing can be useful for and how these disorders can present on findings, (b) evidence-guided test modifications, and (c) common practice dilemmas and potential solutions when integrating pediatric vestibular assessment into your clinical practice.
