Abstract: Moisture is a leading cause of hearing instrument malfunction. Redux has developed a professional drying system offering complete moisture removal in minutes at a safe temperature with real-time reporting of moisture removed. Based on tens of thousands of treatment, audiologists are removing moisture from 98% of all aids treated with 77% of those aids having an immediate improvement in functionality.
This data-backed session will demonstrate end-point drying and explain why moisture isn't limited by season or geography. It will also offer best-practices for using Redux to save staff time, generate practice revenue and improve patient care through expanded services.
