Dr. Erin Lynch, CRA is the President of Quality Education for Minorities (QEM) Network, a DC based educational research non-profit. As a researcher she has been funded in intervention development for underrepresented minority groups and adult learners, and her research in campus climate and URM
retention has resulted in the development of a standardized advising manual and online resource guide for advising low-income, adult-learners. She is published in the topics of leadership, innovation management, research and development cultivation, and instructional design. She is also a program evaluator for a number of STEM oriented education and research grants. She has been an invited presenter and trainer in the area of program development for retention of underrepresented minority faculty in the academy, as well as trainer for strategic planning application in the non-profit setting. She has served as a reviewer for Journal of College Student Retention: Research, Theory & Practice (Sage), Journal of Research on Christian Education (Routledge), and Senior Editor for DiKan: The Journal for HBCU Leadership. She was previously teh Associate Provost of Research and Dean of Graduate school at Winston-Salem State University, and Research Director at the Center of Excellence for Learning Sciences at Tennessee State University.
