She earned a BS in Zoology (Auburn University) and a PhD in Zoology/Ecology & Evolutionary Biology (Cornell University). Dr. Santangelo's research focuses on transforming the undergraduate STEM experience within and beyond the classroom through interdisciplinary and interinstitution collaborations.
