Andrew M. Petzold, PhD is an associate professor at the University of Minnesota's Center for Learning Innovation. He uses modern teaching techniques to engage students in the physiology and immunology classroom and examines how studetns use their language to better describe biological phenomena. He currently serves as the Faculty Director of NXT GEN MED, a fast-paced interdisciplinary pilot program at UMR.
