Julia Siwierka, Ph.D., is Director of Research and Evaluation Services with The Rucks Group based out of Dayton, OH. She oversees the firm's portfolio of evaluation projects of federally-funded initiatives, including those funded by National Science Foundation, Department of Education, and Department of Labor. Dr. Siwierka has several years of experience in program evaluation and applied research methods within educational and youth organizations and community-based initiatives. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Theatre Arts at Dominican University and master’s and doctorate degrees in community psychology from Wichita State University.
