Program Abstract: In this workshop, attendees will be guided through a model of how to 1) develop a longitudinal assessment tool, the megalorubric, that maps course learning outcomes onto program learning outcomes; and 2) use this tool to assess student performance and make evidence-driven changes to curricula to improve student learning. Workshop participants will engage in megalorubric design for one of their program learning outcomes.
