I am a radiation oncologist specializing in the treatment of gastrointestinal cancers and currently work in the Radiation Oncology Department at Gustave Roussy, Villejuif, France. I have extensive experience in radiation therapy for gastrointestinal cancers, with specific training and expertise in stereotactic radiation therapy and in combining immune checkpoint blockade with radiation therapy. I collaborate as PI or co-investigator in several national and international trials on these topics.
Ongoing projects include:
- A phase II trial on stereotactic radiotherapy of liver tumors
- A phase II trial on combination of stereotactic radiotherapy with tremelimumab-durvalumab in metastatic SCCs
- A phase III randomized trial on combination of chemoradiotherapy with durvalumab SCC in of the esophagus
- A phase III randomized trial on addition of contact brachytherapy boost to TNT in order to increase rectal preservation rates in rectal cancer
