Wound Diagnostics: Matching the Wound Environment to Care

If it’s wet, dry it. If it’s dry, wet it. Can we do any better? The TIME principals for wound bed preparation as well as other paradigms of wound evaluation have relied heavily on clinical examination and biased assessments. However, in the era of precision medicine a new approach to wound evaluation and therapeutics is warranted. In this session, new developments in wound assessment will be introduced and a proposed precision medicine approach to matching therapy to novel assessment will be discussed.
