John Kinsman is Senior Director, Environment at the Edison Electric Institute (EEI), where he works on policy, regulatory and legislative aspects of Clean Air Act-related issues. Mr. Kinsman is a current member of the A&WMA Board of Directors. He serves as Chair of the Publications Committee and has chaired the A&WMA journal EM’s Editorial Advisory Committee, while organizing numerous topical issues of the journal. He is serving as co-chair of the Power Generation & Renewable Energy Technical Coordinating Committee. Mr. Kinsman holds degrees in environmental science from the University of Virginia and George Mason University.
