Jason Crow is an Air Resources Supervisor at the California Air Resources Board, holding a BS in geography from the University of Nevada-Reno and a MA in urban planning from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He is the lead for CARB’s Long-Term Heavy-Duty Investment Strategy for Low Carbon Transportation and Air Quality Improvement Program Incentives. Currently working on clean transportation incentives programs, Jason has twelve years of experience with CARB, and over 27 years of experience at a variety of public agencies working in transportation planning, transit and parking operations, transportation funding, freight planning, and air quality planning.
