Chad Dumas is the Air Dispersion Modeling Team Leader at Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. Chad received his Bachelor of Science degree in Meteorology from the Florida State University in 2015. After graduation, he worked as a GIS intern in the Sustainability Division at Manatee County Government. In 2016, Chad joined the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality Air Dispersion Modeling Team. In 2020, Chad became Team Leader of the Air Dispersion Modeling Team.
