Tammy L. Helminski is an enviornmental attorney in the Grand Rapids office of Barnes & Thornburg. She is Co-Chair of the Emerging Contaminants Practice Group and helps faciliate the PFAS Regulatory Coalition. Ms. Helminski earned her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, her M.S. in environmental policy and her B.S. in environmental engineering from Michigan Technological University. Prior to her legal career, Ms. Helminski was a pollution prevention coordinator at the NASA Ames Research Center, and was an environmental engineer at Ford Motor Company. Ms. Helminski is chair of the State Bar of Michigan Environmental Law Section, and has been recognized by Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers her work in environmental law.
