Mr. Frank Castaneda is the Air Force Subject Matter Expert for Air Quality. In that capacity, Mr. Castaneda provides leadership vision and expertise as the Air Force final technical authority for air quality compliance and resource management. He is also currently serving his second year term as the Vice Chair of the Federal Facilities and Indigenous Environmental Affars Division of Air and Waste Management Association. Mr. Castaneda is a registered professional engineer in the State of Texas. Mr. Castaneda earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering at Texas A and I University, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering at University of Texas at San Antonio and a Master of Military Science at Air University at Maxwell AFB.
