Dr. Weilan Zhang, a registered Professional Engineer in Texas, is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Environmental and Sustainable Engineering at University at Albany. Prior to joining SUNY Albany as a Postdoctoral Associate in 2018, he was a postdoctoral fellow at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
