Monte DiPalma is a Senior Air Quality Engineer in the Climate Protection Section of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District. In his four years at the Air District, Mr. DiPalma has work as part of the Strategic Incentives Division administering the Air District’s Carl Moyer Program, with a focus on school bus and off-road equipment projects and as part of the Climate Protection Section, has worked on transportation related programs and policies, as well as overseen efforts aimed at reducting fluorinated gas emissions from residential refrigeration units.
