Mr. Mast is a nationally recognized thought leader focused on leveraging market forces to accelerate decarbonization investments behind the customer meter. His work has spanned program and policy development around green building labeling, the market value of time of sale disclosures, HVAC contractor business models, and pay-for-performance programs. He is a co-author of the Building Decarbonization Coalition white paper Towards an Accessible Financing Solution. Mr. Mast presently leads the TECH Clean California initiative’s tariffed on-bill investment pilot.
