Mr. Bradford has over 20 years of experience in civil engineering, project management, and construction. He has been the principal engineer, engineer of record, and/or certifying engineer for a wide range of public and private sector capital design, permitting and construction projects across the country for solid waste landfills and other public works civil projects. He has experience in civil site planning (landfill and industrial facilities); excavation and grading design; storm water management design; geosynthetic liner design; landfill gas (LFG) collection and control system design; leachate collection and recovery system design; landfill site life and volume analysis; and liquids distribution and wastewater recovery systems design. He has experience with regulatory relations, compliance, and permitting at the local, state, and federal levels inherent to managing and completing civil engineering projects in the solid waste and water services industries. Mr. Bradford also has extensive experience in providing bid support, construction contract administration, construction management, construction quality assurance, and as-built certification for small and large solid waste and public works projects.
