James Yorke studied Mechanical and Materials Science Engineering at UC Berkeley, and now works in Yorke Engineering's San Francisco Office. He has worked with dozens of clients over the last 4 years with Yorke, with expertise in air permitting, CEQA air quality/GHG impact analysis, GHG reporting, and CARB mobile source compliance. He has worked with many industries, including wastewater treatment, metal casting, semiconductors, fiberglass and resin manufacturing, agriculture, health care, concrete pouring, cement manufacturing, composting, and more. Mr. Yorke has experience with permitting at several wastewater treatment facilities, most recently with USD, GSD, and WCWD, including permitting projects with alterations to wastewater treatment processes, increased digester gas production, CHP engines, and modifications to flares. He also has experience with permitting projects with aeration basins, solids handling equipment, and digesters boilers.
