Tom has over 30 years experience as an environmental engineer. He has worked for state government, two Fortune 500 Companies, and for the last 13 years, as at Barr Engineering. Tom works with Mining, Fuels, and other industrial clients and assists them with NPDES permitting and compliance, RCRA compliance, as well SPCC/FRP. He leads teams that assist mining clients navigate the complex regulatory environment they face in northern Minnesota. As part of Barr's PFAS team, Tom has assisted industrial clients in the management and treatment of PFAS contaminated water.
