Colby Tucker is a Senior Policy Analyst with U.S. EPA's State and Local Climate and Energy Program where he leads the development of EPA's AVoided Emissions and geneRation Tool (AVERT). Colby joined EPA in 2015 and in his role helps develop and train the public on policy analysis tools relating to air quality, energy, climate, and health.
