Andrew Rockafellow, DDS, MD is currently a resident at the University of Florida - Jacksonville. He was born in Annapolis, Maryland, but spent most of his childhood in Raleigh, North Carolina. For undergraduate education, he attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he received a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Spanish and Chemistry. He then moved to New York City where he attended Columbia University College of Dental Medicine receiving his Doctorate in Dental Surgery. After matching to the University of Florida - Jacksonville for a combined MD/residency program, he graduated from the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville, FL and currently resides as one of the chief residents in the Jacksonville program.
