Dr. Kimberly Vinson is the Associate Dean for Diversity Affairs for the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and an associate professor in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She works to improve diversity, inclusion, and equity in medical education across the continuum. Clinically, she is a fellowship-trained laryngologist, taking care of patients with voice, breathing, and swallowing difficulties.
