Andrew M. Henry DMD, MD is an assistant professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine and Boston Medical Center. A 2019 graduate from the prestigious Orthognathic and TMJ Surgery fellowship in Charlotte, NC where he was working under the tutelage of Dr. Brian Farrell and partners at Carolinas Center for Oral and Facial Surgery, Dr. Henry has brought similar technological advancements to the OMFS department at BU/BMC. He completed his dental school, medical school and OMS residency at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. His clinical interests include temporomandibular joint surgery (arthroscopic and open), orthognathic surgery, nerve repair, minimally invasive facial cosmetics and trauma surgery. Dr. Henry's research interests include advancements in orthognathic surgery, alternatives to opioid analgesia, TMJ biomechanics and resident education.
