Jaegak Kim is a matriculating chief resident in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery resident at Boston University/Boston Medical Center (Class of 2022). He completed his undergraduate studies with honors in Biopyshics and then pursued a Master of Science in Cell and Developmental Biology from the University of British Columbia, Canada. He then moved to Boston to pursue his dental career and obtained a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine with Summa Cum Laude and Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU). His continuous love of research and clinical interest in orthognathic surgery lead him to this current discussion: Readmission rate after orthognathic surgery. He is honored to present his oral abstract at this year's AAOMS Conference.
