Naina Limbekar MD MPH is an Assistant Professor of Neurology at Boston University School of Medicine and Attending Neurologist at Boston Medical Center. Dr. Limbekar completed a Clinical Sleep Medicine Fellowship training program at Massachusetts General Hospital & Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Dr. Limbekar completed her medical internship from 2015-2016 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center and neurological residency training at Tufts Medical Center from 2016-2019. She holds a BA in Public Health and Natural Sciences from the Johns Hopkins University and completed a MPH in Health Policy and Management from Columbia University School of Public Health. As a recipient of the 2020 Young Investigators Research Forum, Dr. Limbekar’s interest lies in advancing clinical innovations research in sleep medicine/neurology and reducing disparities in sleep disorders treatment. Dr. Limbekar is the creator and Host of a popular international educational podcast “Sleep On It! which discusses and translates the latest evidenced based research in brain and sleep health. Dr. Limbekar is also the Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer of Reviving Mind, a digital health technological start-up focusing on using integrated lifestyle medicine, individual coaching and group support to improve chronic conditions such as stress and anxiety.
