Ms. Nitz is an assistant professor and the Nursing and Allied Health Manager at Howard Community College (HCC). She has been a nursing faculty member at HCC for 20 years. Currently, Ms. Nitz is the Vice President of the Maryland Community College Simulation Network. She holds an MSN in Nursing Education from Towson University in Maryland. She is a member of the Iota-Epsilon Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau.
