The purpose of the National Education Progression in Nursing (NEPIN) collaborative is to advance nurses to higher degrees. With the mission of fostering collaboration to ensure that nurses have access to higher levels of education and achievement and the vision of a diverse nursing workforce that optimizes the health of all Americans. NEPIN works diligently with diverse alliances to coordinate resources across the country. NEPIN continues to highlight the positive outcomes of higher levels of education and achievement for the nursing workforce as it relates to patient experiences and outcomes. The Associate Degree in Nursing and the pathway it creates for nurses across the country are central to NEPIN’s mission as an entry point for continued success and development. Recognizing that nurses at all levels should have the opportunity, tools, and encouragement to be the best they can possibly be is the underlying value from which all of NEPIN’s priorities rise. The purpose of this engaging presentation is to relay role of data to quantify and promote successes, opportunities, and responsibilities all stakeholders have in enabling and preparing students for lifelong success to create optimal health for all.
