OADN Conference Attendees and Vendors:

As November 18 draws near, we’re excited to see you at our annual convention in Austin, Texas. This year, to help keep you safe, we are asking everyone for proof of vaccination at the registration desk, and providing you with no-cost access to CastleBranch’s Real Vaccination ID to help with the verification process!

To get your Real Vaccination ID card at no cost, visit realvaccinationid.com/OADN2021. Please refer to this user guide for step-by-step ordering and usage instructions. This free gift is also available to any virtual attendee.

To ensure your card arrives prior to the conference, please complete your order and requirements by November 8, 2021.  If you choose not to order a free Real Vaccination ID Card, you will be required to show your CDC vaccination card or digital equivalent at the registration desk in Austin.  Those who show their Real Vaccination ID Card will not need to present their CDC vaccination card at registration.

A safe, secure, and convenient way for individuals to prove they’ve received COVID-19 vaccine and booster doses, each wallet-sized Real Vaccination ID card features a photo ID of the individual, along with their name, address, date of birth, physical identifiers, and a unique QR code which, when scanned, electronically verifies the individual’s identity and vaccination status. Cards can be used to prove your status at the registration desk at our conference, or to any other organization as you deem fit!
