I have been a nurse for a total of 21 years with 19 being in the NICU! I have held several positions including staff nurse, clinical head nurse, interim Clinical Nurse Educator and most recently Clinical Practice Nurse Leader. Passions in NICU include all aspects of developmental care, skin care, unplanned extubation reduction and safe sleep. Am a S.T.A.B.L.E instructor as well as adjunct faculty at Harrisburg Area Community College. I have presented several posters at national conferences as well as presenting 2018 Case of the Year at Vermont Oxford Network. My passion is to teach and grow nursing professionals to reach their full potential in their clinical practice, education opportunities as well as participate in research.
