I am Jan Thape,one of the Neonatal Clinical Practice and Education Specialists at The Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters in Norfolk Virginia. As a seasoned neonatal advanced practice nurse , my passion lies in teaching/ encouraging new nurses as they devleop their skills as they grow from novice to expert neonatal nurses. In addidtion i enjoy promoting evidence based practice changies in the clincal area to improve the outcomes for our patients.
