Dedra Teel has been a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner at Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio since 2018. She graduated from Case Western Reserve University with her MSN in 2018 and BSN in 2015. She served on the Annual Conference Committee for two terms and continues to be a manuscript reviewer for Advances in Neonatal Care. She completed the Emerging Leader Fellowship in 2020. Her area of interest is extremely low birth weight infants and obtained her certification in 2020. She currently serves as a the President of her local chapter, Northern Ohio Association of Neonatal Nurses (NOANN). She is currently serving as a NANNP Council Member.
