I am Erica Van Inwagen, BSN, RN, CCRN, a Clinical Nurse IV in the Newborn Critical Care Center at UNC Health Care, Chapel Hill, NC. I have worked at UNC Health Care since 2006, starting as a new grad. I am also a new Clinical Instructor for Piedmont Community College, teaching Pediatric Clinicals at UNC Children's Hospital. I am passionate about Mentoring, Precepting, and Education. I have been involved in many Quality Improvement projects for our organization.
