Kathryn Steffen, DNP, ARNP, NNP-BC has been with the NICU at Stead Family Children's Hospital since 2006. She started as a bedside nursing and went on to pursue her NP certification soon thereafter. She loves to teach NRP, STABLE and conducts outreach education. She recently completed the Excecutive Leadership Academy examining transition to practice for new graduate advanced practice providers.
