Assistant Professor

I am an assistant professor at the University of North Carolina Wilmington in their undergraduate and graduate nursing programs. I have been a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner for over 20 years, and continue to practice in a level 3 NICU. I have a Ph.D in nursing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and my research has focused on family experiences in the NICU and improving neonatal outcomes while providing safe, evidence-based care.
