Taylor Sneed, BSN, RN is a practicing registered nurse at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in the Neonatal/Infant Intensive Care Unit. She graduated from Widener University in 2018. Taylor is the chair of the Recognition and Retenton Committee, and a member of the Diversity and Inclusion, Unplanned Extubation, and Informatics Committees.
She is an advocate for culturally-centered care which lead to this "call to action" for providing culturally sensitive care in the NICU.
