Courtney Grassham, RN, MSN, NNP -BC, C-ELBW, PMH-C works at Presbyterian Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico as part of the Mednax Team. She has been a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner since 2006 and had roles in the NICU since 2001. Courtney, a mother of two boys, enjoys keeping busy and is always looking for opportunities to improve. She is a founding member and serves as the President of the New Mexico Sandia Area Association of Neonatal Nurses. She is passionate about staff education and providing parents and patients with the best support possible. Two primary areas of interest are literacy in the NICU and providing support to patients with congenital heart defects. She serves on the Lexiam Heart Foundation Board, which is a New Mexico based non profit that provides financial and emotional support to families in New Mexico affected by congenital heart defects.
